I'm torn on this issue. I question how uneven it is.

Why does someone who kills one persons mom get put to death but justice for the killing of another persons mom was only life in prison, and not death too?

Kill them all or give them all life, I think. Stop making deals to avoid a trial if they agreed plead guilty if the death sentence is taken off the board.

Perhaps if it's known it's an eye for an eye then it would be cause for a second thought before a criminal decided to become a murderer too.

I'm not concerned with if one was a 3 time loser and the other was 's first time offender. What difference does that make to the victim?

My concern is fairness to the victim not the criminal, btw

California's death row is a virtual Who's Who in the capital crime crowd.

I don't believe in the death penalty because it is not administered fairly. Period.

That being said, these men, and women, should rot in prison, preferably solitary confinement, for the rest of their lives.

Anybody want to see Scott Peterson walking the streets?
