Great video for a great cause... a group of us at work got together and did the challenge, sorry that I can not post the video. Hope you all understand. lol

The only thing that I do find sad is the fact the we have to challenge ourselves to support great causes like this.

I just watched half a dozen health workers take the ice bucket challenge as I was leaving the VA today. It is amazing how widespread this has become. So cool!

Got a clean bill of health today with my follow up, so on Monday I will be putting ads back and climbing back into the saddle! Woo hoo! So, lets get this ice bucket challenge going!
