THN is correct and makes a very astute observation. I, for one, have tried to meet THN but schedules didn't connect. I can also swear on a stack of bibles that I've never attempted to contact AS. I haven't seen the nitty gritty of those reviews but the public comments were enough to catch my uninformed eye so I can't imagine what the details are.
