Fairness for entire board

Upstate NY also has political discussion though not as active as here. My answer is not going to change. Just because you want something done does not mean anything to me.

WD should be the Chicago Ray of Eccie. We”ll call him Texas Dixie. He can get his boys together and boycott ECCIE. Mebbe the powers that be will succumb and make ECCIE fair again!!!!

Missed the whole point. So pitt can have more privileges than most other forums? Fairness across the board sir. Not just pitt.

I only care because I’m a sports nut. I like discussing sports and in Pittsburgh sports is a big thing. Problem here is it’s almost a waste to start a different sports topic because it will be shortly buried under the avalanche of posts by the heavy political posters. We just had a great Super Bowl. No discussion. Pitt hoops is doing well. No discussion.
Why not have a Pittsburgh political forum?

If people don't fancy the discussion - they they won't comment.
OR they can just ignore some o' the threads if they wish.

Exactly. Nobodys holding a gun to your head to read anything. And don’t be lazy. I had to go thru 3 pages here to fing my Pirate thread. BFD. I found it and posted in it. Nobody else has since. I guess it doesn’t interest “sports nuts”. Everyone who has complained about political threads in this thread are frequent posters in political threads!!!!! Oh the humanity!!!!! Hypocrites much? People will bitch about air. There are far more lurkers on hooker boards than frequent posters. If it was a problem they would complain to the mods. Obviously they haven’t.
