It really is just mind over matter. It is a mind control thing. I used to cum in a few minutes, but now can last with the best of them 20-30 minutes of going at it good. I try to keep in my mind a scale of 1 to 10. 10 being not able to hold it. I keep my nut under control by trying to maintain an 7 or 8 on the cummer scale (simular to the rictor scale, but stickier). Cpalmson, maybe you need to vary your routine. Many sessions begin with a BBBJ that only ends just before the guy is ready to pop. Then the gal gets on top for a vigorous CG that finishes the deal.

So if that is a routine that provokes an early pop, change it. DATY to warm her up and allow yourself some time to have indirect stimulation. When its time for CFS, try CG but tell her to go real slow so you get used to the warmth and tension and you can control the urge to come quickly and let it pass. SSRI's and SSRNI's -- two forms of anti-depressants -- are prescribed by a few docs for this problem. They tend to block neural pathways in the penis for some reason. Many times they will grow back, but not always. I was in hog heaven for the first few months after I started on SSRI's. MAn-delay does work. However you have to be careful. If it get's inside a provider she will lose her sensation and not feel anything. I think you should try tantric breathing excercises. As much as i think it is bogus for massages, the breathing techniques are very effective.

I'm not sure what balderdash is but this so-called advice surely is balderdash. Just imagine that you are engaged in K9 behind an all universe piece of ass and you try to remember states' capitals?
