Actually there is only "zero fucking chance" Biden will get impeached this year or next. The way things are looking today though, it's a LOT more likely than not that the GOP will control BOTH Houses of Congress come 2023 in which case impeachment would start looking a lot more likely.

Personally I hope the GOP doesn't go down that same partisan, petty road that the Dims put us on TWICE, I would hope that they are smarter than that unless some more facts emerge PROVIING that Biden is guilty of one of the many crimes he is suspected of.

I actually AGREE with everything you just said, and it was pretty much the point of my post.

I do disagree (very slightly) that the House, if it turns red, won't be able to find an excuse to impeach Biden. Just look at the flimsy, so called crimes that the Dems used as an excuse to impeach Trump once the Mueller Investigation turned out to be a dud if you doubt me. That said, just because you "can" do something doesn't mean you should. Impeaching Biden for what he has done, or at least what we can PROVE he has done, is an effort in futility and will only serve to ensure that the next GOP POTUS will also be impeached, with or without actual cause to do so, and then the GOP will impeach the next DEM POTUS when they control Congress and on and on and on we will go.

A Senate Trial adn conviction is required - with 2/3 vote to convict. No appeal.

60/40 does not mean a Senate Conviction.
