Bulletproof coffee is a great 'marketed' idea.

Get yourself good coffee (not the Starbucks or Folgers stuff) and add some unsalted, grassfed cows butter. Get some regular MCT oil on Amazon or Whole Foods and you are good.

If you think about it - butter - is nothing but 'cream'. So its almost like adding milk to your coffee. They actually talk about it briefly in the 'My diet is better' TV show (1st episode) when the trainer talks about the 'Wild' diet.

Start out with LOW amounts of butter/MCT oil. As said before, to much to soon throws off your body and your stomach will feel UGLY! Remember though, it is NOT a meal replacement. A lot of people don't take any other nutrients in the morning because of their full feeling. You still need to eat to function better...
