If you want to check, Raffensperger is a politician, a civil engineer, he has a MBA, and he was a CEO but he was never a mathematician or an analyst of anything.

I am somewhat hesitant to use this link because it requires some thinking. It outlines where where the boss of Dominion said that votes could be changed after the fact. The writer says that there is a misrepresentation but you have to read...and think. What the boss says is that the votes can be changed but they would never be changed unless a voter wanted to change the vote because they made a mistake. So the admission is true, votes can be changed but they would never do that unless someone wanted them to.
