Never been offered, but I see nothing wrong with a discount open to all in exchange for a review. In the interest of full disclosure, I would probably post that I received the discount and then accurately post my experiences so that others could decide for themselves whether the discount unconsciously affected my views. I'm not sure I would be comfortable with an undisclosed discount. Certainly that would not pass muster under a lawyer's code of ethics to avoid "even the appearance of impropriety." And while a hobbyist is certainly not necessarily under that same standard, I've found that it's a pretty good guideline for life. If you avoid even the appearance of impropriety, life's decisions get a lot more simple. A few folks don't understand it, but by and large, you end up being more respected and avoid a lot of shit.

Wasn't there a case of some hobbyist in ariz getting busted for coercive reviews for ongoing discounts?

I think if the providers offer it, then OK, but I would rather make the review decision based on the experience and connection level, not the gift amount.

There are many scenarios in which I think it is perfectly acceptable no to reveal a discount in a review. One such example would be grandfathering: If you revealed that you were paying an older rate for continuing to see her regularly, would it be fair to the woman to publicize that? Too many assholes out there who would ask for the same deal even though they had never seen her before. No reason to subject her to that. If she is worth seeing repeatedly, the recommendation is probably accurate.

Default Integrity--I've said it before

Rules, policies, and processes are important as boards like would plummet into chaos without them. Nevertheless it is only the most egregious and obvious transgressions that can be enforced without creating an atmosphere where open and free discussions and comments are squelched.

I have never received a discount from any provider that I can recall. Once or twice, back in the day I had a couple offers, but I never took advantage of them—not because of any deep seated moral dilemma—it simply never worked out. That said, I have occasionally spent more time with a lady than what I booked, and certainly I have enjoyed non-BCD social time with more than a few gals over the years, but there was never any implied or stated quid pro quo. And of course, over the years, I have had my favorites; and I always do everything I can to help those I like succeed.

It is important to discriminate between coerced discounts, inflated reviews, and genuine conflicts of interest and the normal course of being enthusiastic about an escort or a session and wanting to see her do well. More importantly we need to remember that you can get a discount and still write an honest review. Discounts and honesty are NOT mutually exclusive.

It comes down to this:

Integrity.

Either you have it and practice it or you don’t. We can’t create integrity and we can’t enforce it. Ultimately it is up to each of us as board denizens to police ourselves. It is up to each member to evaluate what we read, compare it to our own experiences, and decide what is best for us as individuals.

I think if a girl wants to offer a discount for seeing a client again, that's just good business on her part. Think about it - how much more time does it take to see a new client? You have to go through the entire screening process from scratch. Why not offer a $50 discount to EVERY repeat customer that you like - it makes sense to keep the guys coming back if you know that you already like them rather than rolling the dice on a new guy and not knowing who might walk in to door.

It does make a big difference to me if a girl offers a discount for a future session without me even bringing it up. If a girl wants to see me enough to offer a discount, then that directly affects how badly I want to see her again. But the opposite is also true - if I had a great time with a girl and we really clicked, then she doesn't offer any incentive to come back other than just paying her normal posted rate, I think that she doesn't want to see me again. If you get a discount - just say that in the review. Nothing wrong with putting something like "frequent client discount". Or if it's going to be an issue and the girl doesn't want to let it be known that she's giving you a discount, she should ask you not to write a review. It doesn't have to be rocket science people, the answer is really pretty simple.

What foX said is 100% right and I couldn't agree more :

I think "specials" are a great way to meet new people that you may not already have met etc.... I think it is a great way to say thanks for free advertising etc... for board members blah, blah, blah. Most business of every kind will occasionally run specials. I also think if I want to reduce my rates for repeat clients that is also good for my business and my choice - it let's them know I really like them and I value them as a friend/lover etc...

I do NOT believe in giving discounts for reviews. I think that is off the charts BS. If it was a good experience it seems to me the hobbyist would just ask – I’d love to give you a review to help your business if you like? What a great way to tip! That way the girls who deserve to get good reviews get them and the client has helped her out in very good ways.

Honestly, are you going to be happy that you chose a girl that had a great review like a 8 or 9(that was given to her because of a discount) and you see her and you know that no matter what she would never be better than a 6? If you do that how will you ever place value on one single review you ever read. It totally makes reviews useless.

My other thought on reviews: I think you guys should just be able to give us OKAY's like we can give you on P411. Maybe the girls profile should tell a little more about what she likes or willing to more specific like DFK, DATY, BBBJ, GREEK, XXX anything goes sort of thing. Of course that information would be available for VIP members of the boards which helps generate more revenues.

The rest of the information in reviews is too darn subjective isn't it and so crosses the lines of discretion- Right? Just because Joe Stud and I had great sex and F'd like wild animals doesn't mean I expect to do that with everyone - Maybe Joe Rod wants it soft and sexy more GFE.............to some degree sex is like dancing - some of us girls are great dancers and can dance really good with a lot of people-but it is rare that two dances are exactly the same!

SummerBella, I agree with you but this just doesn't seem to happen. I don't think there is any better way to tip a Lady than telling the Guys on the board how much I enjoyed my visit with her.

Default Oh, yes!

SummerBella....Thank You!

I could Not agree with you more...
I have Never offered a discount for a review.
To those who would write a review based on something like that.....
Reputable providers work for their reviews!
They Do not offer discounts for them!!

I will run a special from time to time. When I do this, it's offered to Every Single client. I will post my discounted rate in All of my ads. When someone books with me during that time....I make sure to tell them about the special that I am running. (Just if they did not see my ads)

I have some very regular clientele that are offered a "Frequent Visitor" rate. This rate is strictly being offered to them because they have Earned it! They see me once a week...or, once every two weeks..etc.
I believe in taking care of the ones that take the best care of me!! That is just good business!! And some Good Lovin!

Guys, if you need a discount...there are good women out there offering them! Just do your homework.

Ladies, if someone asks you to lower your rate in return they will write a review for you...even if it's a "Good Review".....
Just Don't. Don't Do It.
Matter of fact....I'd even think twice before Seeing someone like that period.

Be good to your guys....and they'll be good to you!

Did that make sense? Ha.. I'm sleepy.

I think that it is wrong to ask for a discount or especially draw up a contract there is no way that you can write an honest review if you are promoting a lady and getting freebies. I posted a tragedy on the other board that happened to someone in my life in the Locker Room and received alot of support from the guys and i almost put it in the Coed Disscussion but i didn't wan't anyone to think i was trying to get Pussy Points or Sympathy Pussy so i didn't put it there. I just feel that the Promoter Plan was very wrong and i feel all of their reviews are tainted and i reponded to alot of there reviews but now must take what they had written with a grain of salt.

I feel as if I have written a 500 page term paper on this issue lately.

Should you ASK for a discount? In most cases probably not. I have always felt it is a function of the provider to offer a discount based upon HER opinion of you and how well she likes you and not what you can get out of her. When you have reached a personal hobby maturity level where providers will not see you based upon your "honesty" in reviewing then you have discovered which providers are NOT worth seeing. I have been offered free pussy and still ended up writing a bad review. As long as the review is accurate, it makes no difference. Some opinions will differ.

One can say that if they get free pussy then there may be bias in anything that some might say about that provider.
One can say that to trade a good review for free pussy it is wrong if the review is not accurate.
One can say for anyone to have a contract of some sort in exchange for good reviews it is wrong.

One CANNOT say that free pussy, discounts, personal favors, etc will absolutely make a person write a review that is not accurate in its portrayal of that provider. That is a function of reviewer integrity and how pussy whipped he is.

I have always looked at the writers consistency in details and accuracy first and foremost. I could care less what the arrangement was between the provider and client whether monetary or contractual. That is a personal arrangement and is irrelevant to me when deciding on seeing a provider. As we discuss here all the time, no review should be believed without scrutiny of some sort. Many here are suggesting that the scrutiny should be the disclosure of discounts, etc.

The best way to "believe" reviews is find hobbyists that have similar tastes, discover on your own the accuracy of their reviews, and use those hobbyists as a benchmark. To assume that disclosing monetary compensation is going to make a review accurate or more believable is stupid and naive. No matter what the expectations are concerning disclosure, there will always be situations where facts will be left out either due to YMMV, provider request, or simply myopic interpretation of that session.

Learn who to trust in reading reviews, and even with that as a guideline, nothing is guaranteed. So why worry about what someone paid for pussy? Worry about what YOU can do to make your session as enjoyable as possible, do your homework, and take the risks required to be a participant in this hobby.
