The contact us link works just fine, we received both your messages there and I replied, 11 minutes after their arrival. A bit of patience would go a long way.
But for everyone else. Prepaids and gift cards don't work. Its an international transaction, and subject to all the federal laws surrounding those.
It has to be a real credit/debit card from a real bank registered to a real person.
