Scarlett thank you for the link, never tool old to learn something. Have always heard it's best to avoid certain vegetables and meats as much as possible.

Sonya your "best" friend is very lucky to have experienced that, wish I was the proverbial fly on the wall to witness it. Wonder if mango's would be a good choice, not the whole mango, but small pieces. I know next time I go the HEB, I'll pause in the produce section, to take in all the different smells of fruit.

Shower and dousch (sp) is always a must but any Lady worth their salt knows that... Read the reviews and choose wisely.

I was told by my gynecologist that the medicine in douche kills natural bacteria that keeps you balanced down there.

I personally douche with water after every date just because if I was the next gent I would not want to daty when there was just another person in there. When I have more than one date in a day I shower between and get fully ready again every time....time consuming but, I really try and think about my gents and what I would and wouldn't want.

I will never for the life of me understand why ladies do not take care of their selves down there....I have even been in the close presence of some before that I could smell the odor from down there.

I will also say this. Sometimes when a lady is on antibiotics it can throw them off down there.
