As a lawyer, when a new law is passed, I sometimes wonder if there'll be a challenge to its constitutionality. It's hard to predict the outcome of such cases and they often take years.
But I really don't know why I bother. I should just come to this whoreboard and let some fuckstick non-lawyer tell me whether a law is unconstitutional. It makes it so easy. Hell, we should just get rid of judges and let the fucksticks decide.
