He lost consciousness, and in the ensuing 7 minutes before EMT arrived, there was no CPR administered. And none was administered by EMT. He was pronounced dead at the hospital. That fuckup cost the city of New York almost $6 million.
Here are 8 more incidents where white suspects had weapons and lived to tell the tale. Mr. Garner, he had no weapon. Still dead though.

The 66 percent of the prison population is a relevant statistic only in concert with what percentages of all crimes blacks commit - and who can say? Additionally, when you consider all that criminals get away with, and that most of the victims are black, the statistic is less important except as part of a liberal advocacy effort.
However, if you think blacks are no more likely to commit crimes than whites, go hang out with them in their neighborhood late at night and see how racially non judgmental they are towards wetbacks.
