Issue at hand was not a gift, it was a specific agreement that if you do this I will do this. I honored my end of the agreement.

It was posted in coed so if she wished to respond she could. Chose not to hide it in men's lounge.

Also chose to not identify her because she makes her living here and has little ones that depend on her. I will not punish them for her mistake.

My point was that in hobby world, regardless of any verbal agreement, the guy really needs to accept upfront a risk of disappoint that simply occurs with friends when spare roses are provided. I note that this is not unique to hobby, but is quite prevalent in real world with civie friends and family as well.

Thus, regardless of any "deal", much less drama, disappointment, etc, if simply considered a gift.
And if things do go well, and there's return gifts, then there's usually very big smiles later.

I was just going to sit and choose to say nothing. But, alas, my big mouth will get the best of me.

He's talking about me.



He knows what he did. He knows how unreasonable he is. He knows that he's a liar.

He has helped me substantially. However, I never ASKED him for anything. He offered. I accepted. And, then every time I neglected to allow him to talk and treat me like he owned me...he would throw it in my face.

There was one agreement in which I agreed to see him once a month (an overnight) to repay. This happened for 4 months. In the 4 months, the overnights turned into him being around days at a time. Prior to the agreement, I had a doubles partner, and she was spending time with us at a discounted rate. We even pissed him off one time (this was a regular occurrence.) leaving the hotel another day he just assumed he could stay 24 hours and to get him to chill out we saw him for free that evening.

Another time, I left, (this was again, another 24 hour stay) to meet a friend...I wasn't back in the time he "allowed" and he through a fit like one of my 2 year olds...packing his shit...texting ...bitching at my friend. Making her feel uncomfortable. Then, when I got back to the hotel, he demanded I give him my phone so he could verify where I was and with who.

Another time, he wanted me to accompany him to a function he was attending in Colorado and insisted he pick me up and we drive 10 hours to get there. He was going completely out of his way to pick me up...I found a flight from dallas (where I was going to be) to Colorado for like $130 roundtrip and told him that's how I would be getting there. He of course had a fit. (As usual.) Demanding I drive with him (off the clock) I didn't even ask him to pay for the flight.

These are only a few instances. I could go on.

I reached out to the OP several times ...admitting several things I was at fault for...every time the OP would talk shit and act unreasonable again. Threaten me with whatever bullshit came to his mind. (Not physical or violent threats)

I could spend half my life arguing on this ridiculous post ...but as the OP stated..I have kids...and other shit to do.

If I get bored later, I may revisit to make a list of all the bullshit lies he was constantly forcing me to smile and nod at...hey, it was his overnight (or 24 hours in this case)

I've been on this board for YEARS. My reputation is impeccable. Never IN LIFE, have I tried to cheat anyone or be deceitful. (Except for maybe not updating my pics when I put on 15 pounds or so..)

The problem is him.
