Let's hope it does not happen. I agree Leinart is an upgrade over Orlovsky but quite frankly, I want to see Schaub on the field, not Matt!

Does anyone other than me see the irony in Reggie Bush and Vincent Young being shit canned by the Saints and Titans on the very same day? With all of the 2nd guessing the Texans took at the time, Mario has been a much better pro than either Reggie or Vince. And to think, my ol Rude buddy repeatedly stated that Mario was the worst worst #1 draft choice in NFL history! Just think how bad the draft choice would have been, had the Texans taken Reggie or Vince.

With all of that said, DeMeco has been the best defensive player taken in that draft. But Mario is a close 2nd! And they are both head and shoulders above either Reggie or Vince!

Jonathan Joseph! Signed him, which puts us out of the drawing for Nnamdi, but I believe we have preliminary terms done with D. Manning (Bears Safety), so that's two holes plugged- and quite well, I feel.

Would have liked to seen Nnamdi, but can't really complain about joesph though, he's a quality CB. This defense should be A LOT better this year. Getting Dameko Ryans and Brian Cushing back for the full season wouldn't hurt either!

Nnamdi is so interesting........ early word was Green Bay had the inside track due to he & Woodson being tight & Nnamdi wanted to win..... now its not so certain.... he may still just want to get paid..... if that is the case it is WIDE open! I would LOVE to see Moss on the Texans...... even if he doesn't give a shit, he would still scare the shit out of opposing Ds enough to keep an extra eye on him..... & one extra eye on him is one off of Dre & that is always good for the Texans! But they won't touch him because he's not a "good guy".... so sad.

Apparently, Asomugha has signed with the Eagles. Wow! If true, Philly has had a great three days of free agency. Jerry Jones must be livid!

We all know that Vick will be the full time starter at QB but if given a chance I hope VY will start playing at the level that was expected of him.To top it all off, the Eagles are in Dallas' division. Philly already had a better football team than Dallas, they are even more so today!

The Eagles are apparently shopping around Asante Samuel, I think the Texans should make a move for him. Maybe Ben Tate + Okaye, or something along of those lines.
