Her offer is ridiculous. No woman should ever agree to share her profits, and I highly doubt she will do it forever. If she wants to pay you back, make a contract and schedule for repayment.

Well I know her family and her identity, and her family knows me too.
I thought it was not a bad idea: free sessions for a long time ( one year? ) and plus getting my money back. But I could use that same money to see a lot of different girls in one year.

Having her identity is not a guarantee that she will keep her end of the bargain and you have no leverage should she "change her mind" once the work is done.
