Do a little research and find out how many people during 8 years of Obama/Biden went back and forth between the administration and CNN and MSNBC
https://mail.yahoo.com/d/folders/1?g...6p-wwaQTF6pKf2
MSNBC, a bastion of Obama advocates?
But you knew that.
You say you are an attorney so you should be just the person to ask. Ever heard of anybody pleading to a lesser ( lesser than treason or the Logan Act ) count oh, saying lying when you are told if you don't, we will not only drain you from every dollar you have defending yourself, we'll go after your son?
Now, I don't know if this happened, I'm asking if you think this has ever happened, pleading to a lesser count, one you may not have even committed, in order to save money, avoid more time if convicted on a greater count and keep your son from being prosecuted?
Prosecutor says "plead guilty to lying, we'll wrap this up, you won't have to spend what little money you have left and we won't prosecute your son and you'll do 6 months max".
Would you take that deal and plead to a process crime. I would. Six months to keep my son from being prosecuted? Hell yes I'd take that deal.
And if General Flynn betrayed his country, committed treason, why in the world would the prosecutor allow him to get off so easy? Because they had no case? Because we have all heard the phone call and there was no betrayal, no treason, just an incoming National Security Adviser asking Russia to hold off on retaliating against the US for putting sanctions on Russia with no quid pro quo mentioned, something that would benefit the US as a matter of fact.
So truth is, what General Flynn did was in the best interest of the US.
Then there is this.
https://thehill.com/policy/national-...-interview-get
Quote:
A handwritten note penned by an FBI official involved in the investigation into alleged ties between President Trump's campaign and Russia discussed the possibility of getting former national security adviser Michael Flynn fired, or forcing him to lie during his interrogation.
The newly unsealed note details the strategy against Flynn in his meetings during the early days of the investigation with agents whom he has accused of tricking him into lying about his foreign dealings.
"What's our goal? Truth/Admission or to get him to lie, so we can prosecute him or get him fired?" reads the note, written by the FBI's then-director of counterintelligence. "If we get him to admit to breaking the Logan Act, give facts to DOJ & have them decide. Or, if he initially lies, then we present him [redacted] & he admits it, document for DOJ, & let them decide how to address it."
|
Does any honest person read that and question whether General Flynn was "set up" to get him to lie"? "What's our goal, get the truth or get him to lie so he can be prosecuted or fired"?
An FBI agent asking if we wanted the truth? Really? That was the crime here and yet the FBI is not punished for asking if they should break the law.
Then to put a fine point to the whole sleazy thing, we find out, if you watch Fox news because I know damn well the MSM didn't put this on air, Obama pardon a General for, wait for it....... LYING! And not a fucking peep from Democrats. Once again, the hypocrisy is stunning.

Obama pardons James Cartwright in leak case
President Obama on Tuesday pardoned retired Gen. James Cartwright, the former vice chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff accused of lying to the FBI about his conversations with reporters regarding U.S. efforts to cripple Iran’s nuclear program.
Cartwright pleaded guilty in October to one felony count of making false statements during the FBI’s investigation into leaks about the government’s role in a highly classified operation known as Operation Olympic Games.

Dear colleagues,
Your ranting and raving reminds me of an old story my dear departed pappy used to tell me. Goes a little something like this:
Woman is sitting on a bus. Drunk guy sits in the next seat.
He looks over at her and says, "excuse me, madam, can I smell your pussy?"
The woman, appalled, says "OF COURSE YOU CAN'T!"
The drunk says, "well then it must be your feet."
I smell something in here, boys!
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAH!

Flynn is a traitor to the military he once served.
When a faction of the Turkish military attempted to overthrow President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in July, Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn celebrated the coup effort as something “worth clapping for.”
But a Dutch company headed by a man with ties to Erdogan’s government hired Flynn’s intelligence firm about two months later. Since then, Flynn has dramatically reversed his public position on the failed putsch in Turkey. Earlier this month, he wrote a piece in The Hill hailing Erdogan’s Turkey as a critical U.S. ally and calling on the Obama administration to extradite the cleric Ankara has accused of orchestrating the coup.
At the time of the attempted coup, Flynn viewed Erdogan as an Islamist who was leading Turkey down the wrong path. As the violent effort to oust the Turkish president unfolded, Flynn addressed an audience in Cleveland, where he was promoting his book on radical Islam.
“Probably most of you don’t know, but there’s an ongoing coup going on in Turkey right now,” Flynn said during remarks. Turkey, Flynn warned, had begun “to move toward Islamism.”
“This is Turkey under Erdogan ― who is actually very close to President [Barack] Obama,” Flynn said, speaking at the Cleveland chapter of ACT for America, a group that describes itself as “the [National Rifle Association] of national security.”
“If the military succeeds,” Flynn continued, “one of the things that the military immediately said is, ‘We recognize our responsibilities with NATO, we recognize our responsibilities with the United Nations, we want to make sure that the world knows, we are, we want to be seen as a secular nation.’” The audience cheered.
“That is worth clapping for,” Flynn said.

He was stopped. Turkey and Iran's Nuclear Program
Iran's top nuclear scientist shot dead near Tehran
https://www.theguardian.com/world/20...tehran?amp;amp
Quote:
The Iranian ministry of defence confirmed Fakhrizadeh’s death in a statement. “During the clash between his security team and the terrorists, Mohsen Fakhrizadeh was seriously injured and taken to hospital,” it said. “Unfortunately, the medical team did not succeed in reviving him, and a few minutes ago this manager and scientist, after years of effort and struggle, achieved a high degree of martyrdom.”
Iran’s foreign minister, Mohammad Javad Zarif, identified Israel as the likely culprit. “Terrorists murdered an eminent Iranian scientist today,” he tweeted. “This cowardice – with serious indications of Israeli role – shows desperate warmongering of perpetrators. Iran calls on international community – and especially EU – to end their shameful double standards & condemn this act of state terror.”

He broke the law and twice plead guilty in a court of law.
Those are some pretty telling “traits,” wouldn’t you say BP?
Wouldn’t that make him a traiter (sic)?
Here’s a new, more oinkworthy avatar for you, bubbles.
