The illegal alien in Iowa was constantly referred to as an alleged murderer but a nominee to the Supremes is not.

She wants a delay after being asked to testify under oath.

One day saw her during shift change. Talked to some of his fellow co-workers and they said they had been accused too. A couple of months later this woman is no longer at the company.

About a year later my brother changes companies. Who does he see one day but the same woman working there! My brother theorizes she got paid off with a nondisclosure agreement and was hired with no warning of what she was pulling. Yeah, she was already starting to accuse men of harassing her.

I'm sure we all have similar stories. Having worked with HR, they have to devote too much time and energy to not just providing "equal opportunity" but a "safe workplace." What ends up happening especially at white collar jobs is men having a target on their backs. No wonder they want to offshore jobs.

We had a gal on my 2nd carrier, who was known for doing something similar. Would balk at doing her job, skived off extra duties etc. BUT AS SOON as a supervisor tried to write her up, she'd cry to the command SARP coordinator, she was harassed, so ANY attempt to punish her would automatically be seen as reprisals.. EVENTUALLY though, she tried pulling it one too many times, on someone who was PREPARED (VIDEO and audio footage of all of their meetings), so when the SARP and JAG officer saw it, they took her behind to courts marshal, and iirc she got a Other than honorable discharge.

I think she is lying.

Defamation. not definition.

To liberals, and those in the # metoo movement, the Innocent Till proven guilty is reversed. You are guilty TILL You prove yourself innocent. And even then the stain of the accusations will tarnish you for life.

I blame the tort lawyers more than I blame her.

I also blame the cowards in charge, who keep letting people get away with that.
