Several edits to the above posts were made to avoid both a possible Rule #10 issue and posting specfics of her family member. No real problem, but better to be cautious!

As far as the situation, it sounds mutually beneficial to both of you, so why not! I can understand her not wanting any advertisement and I'm guessing her way of hooking up (probably not the first time) gives her a chance to check out both a prospective guy and his house, prior to offering her "pipe cleaning" services, Damn, I just wish I had a house she could clean, lol.

Lea you know that all you would have to do is ask and I would be there. I would be more than willing to clean your house, run you some bath water both "before" and "after" and even take a shower with you.

She is local. Cleaned up at my place Monday night. I have asked and she is not ready to take on more houses at this time. She will clean again Friday. She makes window cleaner with Vinegar and lemon juice and it works.
