It's a high end steak house, but if all you want is creme brulee then you are good. I'm not big on Ruth's. I prefer Sullivan's or Morton's and/or Flemings.. I'm a steak and potatoes kind of guy so I'm in one of those places once a week..The sides are better at Sullivan's and Morton's than what they serve at Flemings.. Dickie Brennan's isn't bad either...

Well between Sullivan and Morton, I like the name Sullivan more. I might try there first. Then Morton...because my diet went out the window as soon as I agreed to go on this road trip lol (hello cubby town).
