I haven't been in here in a month and it took about 15 seconds to be reminded of why. Poor Ol' Corneyhole is as stupid as he always was.

Doove is just a troll JD. He's got less than nothing. There are POS systems and other websites as complicated or more complicated than the Obamacare website functioning extremely well everyday. Its a national embarrassment that the media and the Obama administration are covering up.

You will hear a lot of outcry these next few weeks about people who signed up for O-care and aren't getting it. You'll find they signed up late and haven't made a payment yet.

Common sense and common knowledge. You are uncommonly ignorant, JDIdiot.

I work for a multi-billion dollar subsidiary of a multi-billion dollar international corporation. We've had 2 computer system rollouts in my time there. The first one was a 9 month clusterfuck, and the second, most recent one was a 6 month clusterfuck.

The first instance, we were met with an arbitrary deadline that was determined by circumstances beyond our control, whereby we had to go live whether we were ready or not. Much like the Obamacare rollout. The second instance was simply a matter of going live at the worst possible time for our company.

I'm sure my company isn't the only one beset with rollout problems.

Kansas, a good republican state left people in line for days trying to register for license plates this last year took months to straighten it out. New software. It can happen.

Agree it is an embarrassment. Enjoy it while you can because it's going to be a smoothly functioning train rolling downhill for the rest of your life. Get over it.

I remember when Clinton was in office, I felt that he lied so much a new term called a Clinton was going to be invented to describe when you told a half truth. The fact is that ALL POLITICIANS LIE. There is nothing new about it. On the argument of health care, I think there is plenty of misinformation on both sides. One thing we know for sure is that it is unpopular and it affects us all. The majority of Americans have always opposed it and the argument that it was passed by people representing the majority on this issue is inconsistent with the truth. People know how the law is affecting them personally. I lost my doctor. I get statements from Medicare telling me how much the services I used cost, how much was paid by Medicare and how much was paid by my supplement. I never could understand why the total amount billed for services was never paid by anyone. Some people think universal care is the answer. Does that mean that my Viagra will be paid for? I doubt it. Government take over of any major industry is a disaster waiting to happen. It amazes me how people on both sides here have rationalized their poor arguments. Wouldn't it have been easier for the government to simply create exchanges where anyone could buy care and not be turned down? Why did it become necessary for the government to take over the health care system to get insurance for a few? I know there is some common sense on both sides here. The last words you ever want to hear are "I'm with the government and I am here to help you!" Right now the poll numbers tend to indicate that democrats who supported this fiasco are going to pay a heavy price with the people. I hope the trend continues. Obama is not stupid. He'll change his tune a bit if faced with a hostile congress. We have Obamacare now and will have it in the future. Repeal is unlikely even with a Republican President and Republican Congress. That is the way things work in the real world. Things get modified but never repealed. No one on either side wants to do what is right. They would never get reelected. It is really bad! Your kid can't sell lemonade in front of your house without government interference. Both sides need to use their heads. Look at your personal life. Is it better or is it worse because of this law. My opinion is that in most cases it is worse. It is in mine. I'll vote for the democrat who thinks like John F. Kennedy. Just remember that elections do mean something. The people elected Barach Obama and the democratic Senate and the Republican house. They deserve the lousy government they get!
