Why would you? It depends on how the rest of you is dressed.
"Straight" girls wear "hooker heels" with LBD's ALL THE TIME in the bar I work at.
I know a Christian Dance Instructor who wears hooker heels.
They're the "in" thing now.
You walk into a nice hotel with "hooker heels" and a nice LBD that outlines your curves perfectly but doesn't overtly throw your "cooter" in someone's face and no one will bat an eye. You'll get some looks (cuz guys LOOK at women, especially when they'e dressed hot) but doubtful they'll peg you as an escort.
