Contrary to popular belief, CG and ACG are NOT the easiest or least painful positions. It's a hell of a lot harder to "control" anything when your body weight is being pressed down on the guy or only held up by your arms. My fave is spooning, mish or doggie to start, then I can adjust and move to other positions. It's not about the guy doing the work dear, but when you have limitations the positions mentioned are the most painful in the beginning.
