Percent of men uncut? well since our country is the only one that practices it, and China has a billion people, many more men in the world are uncut. It was a practice started for the u.s. draft in the world wars, where it was required because soldiers couldn't keep clean in the battle field. And even at that, the soldiers we were fighting under the same conditions were not circumcised. Many doctors are less inclined to lobby for it now that modern hygiene is so easily available. well on the slippage issue i have had them try to ride off due to the practice of the lady putting lube inside the condom prior to install! and they were my own condoms that are proper fit!

And i would suggest never using any Mans covers that he brings. Always provide your own that way you know there is no holes or anything in them. If they need a special condom it's there job to let you know before hand so you can purchase them. And of course that should be out of your pocket as that's your job.

Then he needs to find a provider that will allow him to provide his own i for one provide my own and I'm not trying to catch AIDS or anything trying to be retarded.

I used a male in this instance because a few years ago there was a guy poking holes in his condoms and he would get on the site talking about he was wanted to get as many providers pregnant as possible I'll never forget that and I'll never make that mistake. I did however over generalize..We are one of the few civilized western countries...Not the only.. That have large scale non religious percentages of circs... And I know the military didn't invent the procedure, but caused the large scale non religious use of the practice in the u.s as the artcle points out.

Well, we at least know that you are either not Jewish nor a person who has read the bible. I am not Jewish, but we had to study this stuff in Sunday School when I was seven. Circumcision of both males and females has been around a long time.
