Alexxia, I like that fact that you like to chat a few times to get a feel for the person before you meet. It really helps break the ice and the level of comfort is already established.

My suggestion to others would be the same, or adopt a method that works for them...Kinda clears a lot of things up in a conversation and gives both people the opportunity to ask the pertinent questions before a face to face meet.

Only two? Having been a BP hobbyist for a while I often get three or sometimes four. Example:

Initial call - head towards destination, say the airport.
Call 2 - Ok this is my hotel (often not even near the destination)
Call 3 - Ok, im not actually at that hotel head across the street or whatever to this hotel.
Call 4 - Room Number and crossed fingers.

I agree that there really isnt much in the way of security using this method and it seems very much more likely a way to decide when/if they want to see you. I have been stood up in more than a few parking lots myself. I mean, look at my name and ask if I want any trouble with the law? I usually provide this information in the initial call as well.

I do a 2 call system if they aren't verified through a verification website. I just trust the websites more than any other form of verification. The 2 call system is more of a safety issue for me. You don't have the exact location ahead of time so if for some reason you are associated or working with LE, there's no chance you could really case my joint/set up surveillance for a sting. Maybe that's paranoia but I'd still rather be safe than sorry and I've never had any gentlemen complain about my system.

I also don't book appointments back to back, I leave room for them to leave after overstaying and for me to shower and get cleaned up/changed, etc.

Guys show up early, which is okay with me unless im out of the room.

Guys also flake - even screened guys.

Call one: If im touring.....general location. I find some guys do not know where they are. Or haven't been in the general location in a while.

Call two: Im at blank hotel, room number blah blah blah. Park in front, back, whatever.

When Im at home.

Its a four call system. Guys get lost all the time. They always speed and drive by the place.
