You think handicap parking is annoying ?

In downtown Dallas, we have metered parking and in some locations, around city hall for example, handicapped drivers DON'T HAVE TO FEED THE METER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WTF does being handicapped have to do with NOT paying parking fees?
