Exactly gimme, only I havent been in church forever since being involved in this, but I still have that instilled in me. I am not an active leader in the church. He on the other hand is very active and runs a christian school as well. I have my own feelings here and I do not feel he is right. He needs to remove himself from his position(like politicians should as well) if he is going to continue. If it had been a one time weakness then everyone deserves a chance. We are all human.

As I stated, I am not going to out anyone, I said I felt like it or was tempted. Just out of disgust after hearing him talk....

and maybe SL your right, the Devil makes him do it lol

Wish I had that excuse for everything, then Im reminded that I have Free will to fuck up all on my own.

It’s easy to blame some one else for our short comings. Since this was a thread about a religious leader if figured it was appropriate. Hell, the devil made us all do it! Right? No, we all know that we are held accountable for our actions. It’s just easier to live with our choices if there is some one handy to blame!

totally! they were always the ones drinking, doing the drugs, and having sex in the church and at summer camp. One of my best friends dated the preachers son and she lost her virginity in the baptizing pool.

I bet half his congregation already knows about his "sins", but they rationalize it away as proof that all are sinners in the eyes of God. The other half are either in denial or completely fooled. I bet sexual infidelity is probably the # 1 vice for men of the cloth. Just look at the Catholic Church. Seems like every other priest is a perv. That's the wonderful thing about a religion that preaches confession and forgiveness-- Party hard on Friday and Saturday; go to church on Sunday and seek forgiveness. Could never get away with that shit if we were Muslim-- LOL
