For the ladies, just wanted to chime in as a provider based in El Paso and the hobby here...

I know when we tour, we base trips on pre-bookings but here (EP), alot of gents have schedules or obligations where pre-bookings sometimes can't be done, however, with that said---the gents here are superb (as they are in all W TX cities). Expect same day requests and perhaps some BP posting. I know BP is a moat for alot of riff raff, but in EP it gets used alot and you will get more traffic from it.

Also, as the gents stated, a couple of days in EP and one in Las Cruces would probably work well. Both cities are not that far from each other and there are some very nice, very clean, safe and freeway accessed hotels in both cities

BINGO !!!!! EP is no different from the towns you are touring to. The guys in Lubbock, for instance, have the same schedules and obligations. So, all of the same thoughts apply for the towns you are traveling too. Thus, lots of guys, in every town, have problems prebooking sometimes.

I agree, it's been my learned experience that most tour bookings become confirmed upon arriving at said city as people can "get away" or whatever the case may be. Personally, while on tour, it is a work related trip so being flexible and available (again speaking for myself only) to gents is why I'm there. I don't mind the last minute, same day bookings (screening passed of course).
