How about we let someone decided if they want to kill their annoying neighbor. Let that person decide, right?
An abortion involved at least two people, the mother and the baby. Who speaks for the baby's life? The baby is alive or else it would classified as a still birth. So there is no question of life. There is just a question of personhood. That is the same question the democrats argued about slaves. They're not people.
The right has been consistent; babies are alive and they're people. Kind of means that they have a RIGHT to life.

texassapper and therealbarleycorn have made the same argument. It was addressed in the 1st post. What they are arguing is they know when life begins.....so we need to follow what they tell us.
Do you understand......not all other people believe what you do.....why do you have to go around telling other people what to do, based on your beliefs ? Why can't you leave them alone, to follow what they believe ?
The 2nd point texassapper makes is women can have rights and freedom, but the State can still swoop in later and make them follow State rules. So they really have no freedoms.
Maybe gun control laws should be changed. Gun owners can be free to have guns. However, after they load them, the State can swoop in and tell them what to do.
