From what I'm reading, none of Tebow's money is guaranteed and its the vets minimum. Strange how some people always said, "Don't hate the player, hate the game" except when it was players they hate.

They'll find a way to put him on practice squads or activated rosters.

Bill O'Brien was hired in 2007 as an assistant coach, by the Patriots
2008 WR coach
2009-2010 QB coach
2011 Offensive Coordinator

It should also be noted the years Brady & O'Brien had to work together they didn't win a Superbowl. (Wildcard loss, Divisional loss, & loss the SB to Eli Manning, NY Giants)

So it would seem more like Brady got stuck with O'Brien for a few years.
