For my camming stuff, I don't use any of the same pics, either. But that is more for anonymity than for concern about my escorting getting linked.

I'm no authority but I think this is probably very good advice. I am not a fan of watching women on cam personally. It seems like it would be very easy to spend the same amount in no time at all to be in the room with a real girl. But I did find myself a member of mygirlfund.com once upon a time. Now that place is a racket. The women there are so protected that I had emails rejected for using place names. The girls on that site get a portion of what it cost a guy to send an email. They only get paid I think if they answer it. I never had a single email go unanswered.
The reason i telling this is because there was one girl on that site, She reached out and spoke to me first. I responded yada yada. I use google chrome as my browser. The image search requires one right click and then a left click and there you are all the sites that photo is on. I did this to one of the photos of the girl I was paying to talk to me and it led me to her amazon.com wish list. Silly girl that was her real name, Next time we chatted I used it and it flat freaked her out. I can understand why. No worries, she was in Canada and I am basically harmless. I am no super-cyber sleuth, it only took 3 or 4 clicks total.
So watch out how many places you use the same photo. Google is reducing the world to the size of a marble.
In case anyone doesn't already know this. I do live alone in a 3 br house, I have helped two girls get their cam model accounts setup. They can remain nameless, but one is doing pretty good right here among us. I have thought that because I do have extra space, an extra laptop or two plus a $30 Logitech external webcam. I should make the facility available to aspiring cam models. Kind of a community service. Not for an open ended amount of time. A few days. Maybe their cam studio is being painted or they are just wanting to try it a little to see if they like it. There would be no charge and only one firm condition. The door has to remain open. I'm going to hell aren't I?
