That's a VERY BAD idea, unless the OP wants to lose his job. Universities take this s**t VERY seriously these days. Every day that I walk into the building where I spend most of my time, I walk past a big sign that says, in very big letters, TITLE IX IS NOT OPTIONAL, IT'S THE LAW. I don't think they are kidding about this, at least at my institution.

Toss out another consideration. If you engage in activities that put your current position at your college in jeopardy you could be risking far more than you think. Future colleges you might apply at will no doubt contact this one for references and information. Good chance the reasons for your dismissal will be fair game for inclusion. There are risks for the college in situations like this and if I were the head of a school no way I would hire someone if there was even a hint they would take risks along these lines. Title IX violations can involve serious money and sanctions.

Not to mention, if his adjunct teaching is a part time job and the OP has a regular day job it could get back to his primary employer. Companies take this stuff seriously too. The CEO of Intel was forced out a while back when it came out that he had a relationship with a subordinate employee. Fairly recently, the newly appointed CEO of Texas Instruments resigned after just six weeks for reasons related to "personal behavior not in keeping with our values".
