- Reserving rooms in a Capitol building

I have no aspersions to cast on the late Judge Wachtler but unless he was speaking directly about this case it would be quite irrelevant. Again you give the Biden clan way too much credit for being so skilled and stealth as to have stacked a Georgia grand jury but you can't help yourself I understand. If you were correct by any actual margin then these charges will all be easily debunked in court right? Or is Biden's White House so astute that they will find a way to stack the jury and get manufactured evidence admitted by a leftist judge? I would argue that if they could accomplish such a feat it would then be a tri-fecta of political power moves and we should all declare the current administration a dynasty of epic stature.

As to your other point above, are you really that naive? The intent is not to get a conviction. The intent is

1. For the Corrupt DA to raise money to further her political future

2. To interfere in the 2024 election just like the other 3 sham indictments by wanting to hold the trial right in the middle of the campaign

3. Anyone reading the indictment can see it is a joke. Now we know that Fulton County is heavy Democratic so they are hoping for a biased jury - but if they get one to convict they know there is no chance this would stand up to appeal. But it would interfere in the election which is their goal

This Georgia Indictment is the most insane yet by the looniest prosecutor yet. Claims tweets are conspiracies, legal advice is a crime, Constitutional law is a criminal act, and demanding officials do their job is criminal solicitation. It is an embarrassment to the state of Georgia.

Anyone with even half a brain (I know that still leaves out a lot of leftists) knows the indictment is a joke. But it sets a standard that Republican AGs and DAs should follow in retaliation. Convene a grand jury in some Republican jurisdiction and indict Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, Joe Biden and the rest of them for the Russia collusion hoax. One law for all. I think anyone trying these cases by newspaper clippings and 'what Trump said' is a fool. Evidence will bring truth whether you will be able to see it or not
