It certainly appears trump intended to Obstruct Justice but his enablers kept him from shooting himself. Mueller will be the first to testify followed by many on his team. I’m thinking there’s enough for articles of impeachment throughout volume 2.

It’s going to be the greatest impeachment ever!

Criminal intent can't be proven in this case. Can it? Not without direct examination. Barr says there was full cooperation with the investigation. Bullshit.
