Where are your facts? The senate isn’t a national vote, it’s a state vote. States have voted to recall Governor's. It’s happened in Cali. If a state legislature passes a law which permits recalls, then they can. Find in the Constitution that stipulates a state can’t recall one of their Senators.

there is no provision to recall Federal representatives and senators from Congress in the constitution. no one has ever been recalled from congress at the state level.

there have been attempts to recall federal officers from congress but all of them have been batted down by the state's secretary of state for the reason I've cited.
