No, not all women take the pill and not all women have PMS. But, to NOT realize when your period is due is just plain stupid. There's no excuse for it. As I said earlier, take time off before you "think" your period is due. This is a business where women make their living off of their bodies and yes, they should be held to a higher standard because of it. A perfect example is this......if a lady makes her living from being an opera singer, you know damn well she's going to take care of her throat at all costs. Enough said.
As for irregular cycles, I don't know about you, but if I had them I'd talk to my doctor to see if there was anything that could be done. I'd hate to have that, it would interfere too much with my sex life as well as my "normal" life.

I had a similar experience recently. Started an appt with a provider and a few minutes into the session that was going well, I was ready to switch positions and I noticed the traces of crimson on the condom and pink areas on the sheets. I didn't get upset with her because I figured shit happens. She was profusely apologetic and said that the donation was not necessary since we could not complete the appt. Since she was from an agency, she called in and let them know what happened and I arranged for another provider to come out in her place. They took care of me and I have no complaints. The replacement provider was my first choice anyway, so everything worked out OK in my case.

Working around other women changes your cycle also. It wreaks havoc on your "schedule". I was 15 days late once because we had a bunch of new girls come in to work at the strip club I was at.
Stress is a factor too.
Usually I'm like clockwork and know exactly when mine is gonna show up but every once in awhile it will switch up and throw me off. LOL.
You guys are so lucky you don't have to worry about that.

New Girls
AK;
Was the stress of the new girls a competitive thing, fear over revenue declines or what?
Just curious?

I don't have an issue with my body...
I'm just fine with the way it works...and I usually can avoid setting up shoots or fully nude massage when need be. and I'm not going to start eating meat or drinking protein shakes so I can bleed as much and as 'reguarly' as other girls.
I'm not the one who's had any complaints from clients...
I was just trying to give another perspective.
and No, I'm not a white knight
lmao

I didn't mean that I was stressed over the new girls. I meant that stress CAN be a factor as well in mother nature not being on time.
Ha ha. I never felt "competitive" when I danced. I'm pretty laid back and easy going. I never worried over revenue declines either. People will either come in and want dances or they won't. Nothing I can do to change that besides get to know them and see if we're compatible for some "pants dancing". .

TopNotch,
Never thought you were white knighting. You gave your thoughts as others did too.
But, as you said....you're not a provider and providers are held to a higher standard. At least, they should be. As someone said in a different thread, providers need to be more aware of their bodies since that is what pays the bills.

Question #1 - No, I would never front the money for a shit hole motel.
Question #2 - It happens...it's called nature. I'm sure the ladies aren't happy about it either. I won't make an arguement whether or not a girl coulda, woulda, shoulda "known" when her Aunt Flo would be making a visit. However, if a woman is unable to complete the encounter...she should refund the money in full. I had a situation like this in which the provider noticed while we were going at it. She jumped off and ran to the bathroom, came out several minutes later and apologized. I wasn't mad, but she balked when I suggested she refund me half the donation. Now that did make me mad.
In this particular case, it doesn't sound like the provider has the means to refund his money. Either they can work out an acceptable trade (i.e. discounted session) or she has ripped him off...plain and simple. If she doesn't make it right, I say write the review as honest and as exact as possible.

Question #1--Not having a room is a bad sign about overall preparedness & reliability, but whether to go ahead and spring for the room really depends on how badly you want to see this particular provider on this particular day. Often the little head wins.
Question #2--I'm not an ob/gyn, either, but as a medical type I can say with confidence that it is not always possible for a woman to know when her period is going to start. She may have a general idea of when it should be, but there isn't always any specific warning. So I'd definitely give her the benefit of the doubt there. The issue of having only one cover (or no covers!) is one I've encountered more than once; I now take my own, just in case. I would give her a few days to get in contact about a makeup session, and perhaps email her once inquiring about it. If there's no satisfactory response, post a negative review and move on to greener pastures. In the meantime, have a beer.

I've never once had it work out where a provider promised a discount on a future session and I actually GOT the discounted session. The best I've ever done in this situation was getting extra time on a full price future session.
It just seems like when a provider knows she is going to get paid less for a session she has less incentive to complete that transaction.
