Hippie New Year to you my groovy girlfriend. I insisted on the song, videographer did the magic. OMFG! I thought a day long photo shoot was exhausting.

Great suggestion as always, added to the top of the warning page this morning. Had it on the other and overlooked it this time. I hope no one lost a job or a wife in the interim.

I was just reminiscing about good times with Headmaster to someone a few days ago and how good he was to me. His dry sense of humor was untouchable.... a master of the hobby and someone, along with VK, that I am honored to have known. Just thinking of those two characters has me laughing out loud!

At 2:01 although you got a lot of blurring going on there is definitely some tummy sag. Some crunches every day for a week or two might help....

age is starting to show in your hands, eyes and forehead... Estee Lauder makes some stuff my mom raves about called Advanced Night Repair......

That tummy is back and more pronounced at 2:29 Chubby Upper thighs as well.... Add some squats and lunges to the routine.....

Looked like it was about to get interesting around the 3 minute mark but got too blurry and was a waste of time from that point forward.


Video draws your started weight in your profile into question as well..... Maybe that needs some updating?
