But there are jobs for everyone.
They say they create tons of jobs (No government creates jobs unless it is gov jobs)
The reason why they want burger king to go to 15.00 an hour is so they can claim they created all living wage jobs.
Burger King is going with kiosk stations to eliminate those jobs.

Anyone who depends on the government to create jobs to pay for their blowjobs deserves what they get...a dry heave. Are you shitting me????? The gov. needs to create jobs???? Yeah...so, does the line form at the White House? Congress?
Did the government create Apple, Microsoft, eBay, Amazon, law firms, farms, pro sports teams, hotels, restaurants, media...?? Maybe they created Fox News...lol.

Didn't Slick Willie the Perjuring Sexual Predator depend on government jobs with taxpayer funded salaries to subsidize his knob-job specialists?

Amazing.
Your reaction is precisely why the GOP is disintegrating.

yeah, I'm no fan of Obama, but these people have been trying to downplay the jobs numbers since 2009! trying to say June's report was a bounce off May's dismal reading.. but even if that's true, Obama's had more job creation that any President in history.. how many years are these people going to keep denying?

true, but why not acknowledge the job growth? it's always "but"... sure, the middle class is not what it used to be, but world competition is partly the cause.. the US is no longer the dominating economy it once was. there are more out of work than ever, because there are more people.. every month you see "200,000 jobs created (or some significant number)", yet Drudgereport will spin it as "record number of Americans out of the job force".. fuck..

And raising minimum wage to $15 per hour won't hurt the large corporations like Walmart and McDonald's because they can afford it. It may lower their profits a little, but so what? Consumers will have more money to spend so it will actually put more money back into the economy and help smaller businesses make more money also. If we quit importing cheaper products from China and used more materials from our own country manufactured right here, it would also create more manufacturing jobs, right? President Clinton even admitted that NAFTA was a mistake and that we lost a lot of manufacturing jobs because of that agreement. Change takes time and just because Obama did not accomplish as much as he wanted to doesn't mean he lies or is a phony. Congress recently wanted to pass another very large defense budget in excess of what was actually needed, which would have driven the deficit up even more. The dems blocked it from happening, It's all about making money for their GOP constituents, like Lockheed and companies like them that make millions of dollars from these government contracts. Just like the "pork ship" I mentioned in my other thread. Totally unnecessary. It's not even a solidly constructed vessel. They just want the money! I am not saying that Democrats are not involved in some of the same thing, but I think they are much more concerned with helping the whole of society than the GOP.

You're truly stupid if you think hiking minimum wage is going to hurt Walmart's profit margin. That cost will be passed on to consumers in the form of higher prices; hence, any so-called *gain* in wages will be off-set by an increase in prices until Burger King employees can't afford to eat at Burger King.

The business section of today's San Antonio paper has a story that cites the Dallas Feds job numbers for the State of Texas saying that job growth in Texas pegged at 1 % for a net total of 10,000 jobs for June. So much for the lyin lib odummer defenders saying that HE has "recovered " the economy .

Don't think prices will go up that much more. Walmart still has to compete. Several Walmart stores have already shut down here in the states due to lack of business. A lot of people shop online because it's cheaper. I, myself, shop on Ebay and Amazon, especially for makeup and household items. They always want to blame it on higher wages, but the fact is people just have less money to spend. That's why their profits are going down, down, down. Think about it. Even if wages are higher, if profits are higher, it evens out. See this article:

Are you so stupid as to not realize that a nationally mandated wage increase will impact ALL stores and not just Walmart? ALL stores -- including Walmart's competitors -- will be required to raise their prices; so, Walmart will still be competitive when it raises its prices to offset the increase in cost for labor: just as their competitors do. And you live in a fantasy la-la world if you for one moment believe that 100% of the increased cost in labor because of a mandated minimum wage increase won't be passed on to the consumer in the form of higher prices. And as a reminder, the wage earners are also the consumers.

Sassy hasn't engaged in name calling, flame throwing or all of the other childish shit you do in every fucking post you author, IBOla. Yet you make it personal. Every time.
You apparently don't do anything nice and easy. You only attack.
No wonder you were the first and only true DIPSHIT OF THE YEAR and winner of the Golden Lips Award.
Not that there hasn't been sluntism in this forum, but I'll tip the hat to Sassy for keeping it straight forward.
Apparently she never had you as a client...
