Trump is Trump. His supporters love him for it. Many others, like me, do not like him for the same reasons. To me, he is his own worst enemy with his ridiculous tweets and comments. If he would just go about the business of being POTUS he would be far more popular in my opinion.
To most people, according to polls, tax reform is not wanted.
Here's a rundown of recent polls on the tax bill:- December 10, USA Today: 32% approve, 48% disapprove
- December 7, CBS News: 35% approve, 53% disapprove
- December 5, Gallup: 29% of Americans approve, 56% disapprove
- December 5, Quinnipiac: 29% approve, 53% disapproved

Jeeez, these days the way libturds think and the things they say is just too easy to predict....

Interesting. I ran $115,000 income through the 2017 tax calculator and came up with taxes for a single at $22,270 and married at $15,028.
I ran $115,000 through the 2018 tax calculator and came up with taxes for a single a5 $19,029 and married at $11,899.
The difference for a single making $115,000 new vs. old is +$3260.
The difference for a couple filing jointly making $115,000 new vs. old is +3129.
Interested in how you came up with an additional $5,000. Not that $3,000 or so isn't bad.

My point was that a $5k reduction in taxes paid, as you stated was your case, was not true by my calculations. It is more in the range of $3k. Maybe you have deductions other than the standard deduction.
You are also well above the average income in this country. More than double in fact. The average family, married filing jointly, will get back about an additional $64 a month. Big whoop.
BAHAHAHAA????? Grow up.

You're right, speedy. $64 doesn't nearly offset Odumbo's lie that Odumbocare wouldn't exceed the monthly cost of a cell phone bill, but it is notable which party "giveth" and which party "taketh away".

Gasoline prices are going up and that is not offset by this piddly tax cut for the poor and lower middle class.
Many of you should look up the Gini coefficient number and see its movement.
