Yes it is time and as long as she gave you the full time you booked then their shouldn't be any problems.

However when you book a 30 min date and it takes you 20 ish mins to enjoy yourself for the first pop. You get up and go clean up, maybe use the restroom, get your bearings etc about 5 or so mins. It's now 25 mins into the session.. now you expect to be at full attention, ready to go, cum again, clean up, maybe shower, get dressed and out the door in that other 5 mins??

No way it never happens..That's another 20 mins and you are now over your 30 mins and 10 minutes shy of a full hour that you did not pay for. Having spent some quality time in Vegas, if greek was on the menu, there was no upcharge. For an hour or more, I expect MSOG. If it's not there, most of the time I'm disappointed. Hell, I'm super happy when I get MSOG on the hh or more than a couple pops on an hour (I'm waiting for Pussy Galore to get me to hit 5 bells in an hour). But there was a time when you wanted greek, it was included in the rate. Have to say if greek is supposedly on the menu these days (and granted it's not my thing), there was an upcharge and some guys got dicked over cause it didn't happen. A majority of the time, they weren't refunded that greek fee. Guys are paying a premium, just give us quality service at a good price. Isn't that why places like ECCIE exist?

I've always been one of the 'comes early, comes often' type of guys. Needless to say I don't think there should be an upcharge for MSOG (even in 30 minute sessions). As long as the customer doesn't overstay the time paid for, this should not be a problem. If a guy takes 5 minutes to come the first time (or shorter), there is a fairly good chance he can get another out in the next 25 minutes. If it takes him 20 minutes until first pop, no way he is getting another one in 10 minutes.
This is also something that should be discussed upfront between the consenting adults.

I don’t do MSOG for half-hour sessions. If you want to pop more than once, book an hour. If you want to call that an up charge, fine. But I need some time in between pops to let my mouth rest and recover. I feel like MSOG in 39 minutes is more of a PSE, and I’m GFE.
