But instead of ad hominem attacks, it would be preferable to discuss why some guys are afraid to give (well deserved) NO reviews. There are many dynamics to this. IMO, If more guys decide to say "fuck it. I'm gonna tell it like it is", eventually certain providers will have no choice but to improve there service.

(This discussion obviously does not apply to those providers who already give consistent, high-level service).
