I have a question about this statement. Pufferfish fin in the saki, maybe. But they don't add it at Jun's. Jun's do not have pufferfish because it requires a special license in Japan. I don't think you can get in the state, but I could be wrong on that. I have heard John, the owner, discuss pufferfish and why they don't have it. He is the tall guy that behind the susi bar in the center, if he is there.
John is still in contact with Jun, who has retired and spends his time golfing in Japan.
Jun's is one of the few places you can find authenic susi that is freshly delivered on a set scheduled. Last week I was invited by friends to join them at different susi place. What no Taco (octopus)?
