The threshold for treason has been more than met, and I'm not talking about those bone heads you see in Berry's photos that he got from the MAGA photo bucket.
They will not be charged with treason nore should they be.

Also bear in mind that in this country treason cannot only be against the country and the people, but against the constitution. People forget or don't understand America is real estate, The United States of America is its constitution, it is an idea, an experiment! And you can commit treason against that idea, against the constitution!

But it is a crime against the constitution.
They are trying to perform unconstitutional actions to retain control of the country, a bloodless coup!

The supposed haphazard, half-assed break of how the RNC drafted and approved that language vs how they normally do it is a sufficient pass for me that they didn't realize what they were saying because they flubbed the language and weren't sufficiently clear. Mistakes get made. But that mistake isn't criminal.
Assaulting police is criminal. Breaking windows is criminal. Trespassing is criminal. Stealing is criminal. Planting pipe bombs is criminal. Erecting a gallows and calling for a hanging near a potential mob who will act on it? Probably criminal, but tougher to prove. There's more before we even get to treason, but focus on the crimes you can prove were committed beyond a reasonable doubt and win in court and pursue justice.
That's what the justice system is for.
