True. However, it IS a "business". If you go to Best Buy, for example, and there are two employees working at the cell phone section. You interact with both of them. One of them barely acknowledges you when you ask a question and doesn't make eye-contact, and the other is very engaging with you and answers all of your questions accurately and quickly.... who are you going to see on future visits? XD
First impressions are key. If a provider just "doesn't reply", or replies back six hours later, they probably won't be one of my first choices next time I'm available. And some wonder why they "don't get business".
