Kendra,
Every time you post, I lose a couple of minutes staring at your cleavage.

Personally, I think I have, like Elena and a few others, figured out who the "grumpysmurf" character was/is - at least initially. And, if it is whom I believe it to be, yes, he was at the Meet and Greet and contrary to his assertions, I have never seen him as a client (as it has been suggested to me that he may have mentioned things about me in detail . . . no client of mine would do that without my permission - ever). He is firmly on my and many other ladies' DNS (do not service) list(s) until proven otherwise . . . and I don't know if that will ever change, as too many clues to his identity were given and it became almost a game in the end for him, in my opinion, to see if he would be found out.
I believe he was.
He was also most likely the "second smurf" that appeared on the board. As for the this last one, today . . . I have a sinking feeling that other people who read this section of ECCIE whom have caused issues in other cities may "take advantage" of the problem(s) here in Nebraska and the "smurf" may live on, in perpetuity, as others may now simply create and use any "smurf" type name to instigate a general disturbance at will.
One thing that is unfortunate, is that I am certain that at some point in the future, someone will inadvertently use the name "smurf" or a reference to a character from the series when registering (most likely a new lady) and suffer the slings and arrows of many here or possibly even be banned out of an abundance of caution, and such member will be innocent of any wrongdoing, and most likely they won't return. Food for thought.
Now, at the risk of sounding smug (which I have been so accused of here recently), as for the rebuttal posts to "grumpysmurf" (and the two others) . . . IMHO, all I can say is that I am somewhat disappointed. Being rude in the face of rudeness only adds more rudeness to the world. There are many posts here that if they were made under any other circumstance, would (and should) be actionable by moderation. We all, in the public posts we make (especially we Escorts and providers), should be careful to be aware that legions of lurkers read all of our posts. There are (depending on the city), hundreds of people that aren't registered and many more that are members but never post a word that read all of these words and no matter how unreasonable one person may become, it is occasionally other people's reactions that truly resonate and are often more memorable than the comments of the offender.
In other words, when you post where everyone can read it - be careful, and don't get caught playing checkers when you should be playing chess. Public board appearances may be more important than you believe.
I trust that the ECCIE administrators and moderators will handle the issue if it should occur again . . . I hope that others can do the same and show more patience while turning a blind eye and waiting for action from the board staff. Maybe we can all follow Elena's lead and simply say, "It looks like someone needs a hug", if we need say anything at all.
Kisses,
- Jackie

It is an inherent risk of the internet and the associated methods of communications.

I have no patience for the rudeness and hostility that occurred. This is not a "jury of our peers" but rather a place where decorum is appreciated. If one cannot comply, goodbye (hey I'm a regular Johnny Cochran!).

If you look at the stats of guests versus members there are an astounding amount of non-registered lurkers.

We will handle issues as best as humanly possible. Some days we might be more lenient than others, other days the reaction might swift and without hesitation. Sorry, that's life. I try to do my best. :^/

I think we should all read this part of your message at least once a month, so we don't forget. I know it is pretty easy to react to rudeness by being rude, but it certainly doesn't help or improve the situation. I know from personal experience unfortunately.
