I'll bet the election was rigged too and Trump won in a landslide. Guess that problem will correct itself when all the blue state people move to the red states, electoral counts and house seats shift, and all these other big changes happen. The "Wall" always included a variety of systems - physical barriers, electronic surveillance, cameras, etc, depending on the terrain and risk factor.
