Most of those are spot on, but a couple of them would be wrong or unnecessary for me.
Number 4, for example. If it's a sting, and you've shown up, you're already busted. You don't actually have to do anything at that point to get arrested. Anything after you show up with money on you is just icing on the cake. They already have you. Personally, I don't mind at all discussing activities. I've already screened you well enough to feel comfortable that I'm safe. I'd hope you'd have done the same. Don't avoid BP girls and still act like a BP client.
Also, number 5. I don't care what you call it, or where you put it, just make sure I know it's been settled. You can hand it to me, set it somewhere, it's all the same. You can put it in an envelope, gift bag, card, wrapped in a ribbon, or just in all its naked glory. I'm not weird about the money. I find it strange that people playing at this level are. If it kills the illusion for you then just set it down somewhere. But don't stress about being all cloak and dagger about it.
The rest of them are fine and dandy. Just those two have always kind of confused me as to why people would be so weird about things. If it's trying to avoid cops... none of that will help you. It's about as effective as those disclaimers ladies put in their ads. If it's to assist the illusion... I guess that's a personal thing, but I'd hope your bubble wouldn't burst quite that easily.
