Perhaps treat the lady (pre-session) to a manicure so her nails and your anus don't have any "hang-ups."

Also, you should determine what pre-cautions to anticipate, such as finger stalls, gloves and, oh, btw, if you have a latex allergy/sensitivity suggest non-latex protection.
