Yeah you about have to get one custom fit. The CB line (200, 300, 600 and the curve) are somewhat adjustable. I know several people who swear by drilling holes in them, pull skin this way that way, use qtips, you name it. General consensus is (personal observation?? ) is - it takes time to get the fit right.

Now, I love the extended cages. I do. Imagine being pinned in a soft position for ..oh recent real good one was supposed to be 2 weeks, ended up being closer to 3. An unfortunate aspect of chastity is finding one that works best for you. For some no cage will work, for others they can use the lesser expensive CB series, or the birdcage. And others go with a prince albert piercing and lock it down that way.

Most belts are either hideously expensive or crappily cheap. There are a few good ones out there, but you really should go with custom fittings for them. It's like a lady and her corsets - you might find some you can wear, but there's nothing more comfortable than a custom-fitted one.
