And Trump is NOT a Republican. He'll still get votes from party loyalists, but it may not be enough. Johnson will bleed off a lot of votes Trump would have gotten.
I'm Independent and have voted for both Reps and Dems for 44 years. It's always been about the candidate for me, his accomplishments and future goals that has made my decision. This hang up on Parties and the gridlock/ stalemate it has created is killing us.
I'm glad Trump is not an Establishment Republican. I wouldn't support him if he was. And I think polls are showing that Johnson is taking at least as many votes from Hillary, if not more. Johnson's been actively pursuing Bernie voters, and practically ignoring disaffected Republicans.
The Libertarian Party needs to run Libertarian candidates. It's the only sane alternative to the two party system. But the have to run Libertarians, not socialist "light".

Johnson is for immigrants that want to enter the U.S. to obtain work visas, good for two years. Any immigrant that fucks with this is sent back.
You can't stop the flow of immigrants, legal or otherwise in to the US. He is also for levying sanctions on employers who do not comply with this.

this program was undermined by a lot of people who wanted cheap laborer and it is obvious that the Eisenhower administration failed to secure the border to prevent the underminding of the wetback program.
